Sean Cleary Sean Cleary is Managing Director and founder of Rathlin Capital. Mr. Cleary is also the Executive Chairman and VP Finance at Groupworks Financial Corp. (GWC - TSXV) and the Chairman and founder of BlackRock Metals Inc. (Private). Mr. Cleary has held a variety of investment banking, M&A and Corporate Development positions throughout his career at Quest Capital, Deacon Capital (now Dundee Securities) and JP Colin Securities. In addition, from 1999 to 2003 he was president of PanGeo Pharma Inc. an S&P/TSX Composite Index pharmaceutical company and was the CFO and a founding member of the board of directors of Caratax Management Ltd., a resource industry public flow-through share fund. |
